Valdosta Legislators

Legislators are elected to represent our local citizens at the state and federal levels on important quality-of-life issues. Citizens are encouraged to stay informed with issues that impact our community by visiting the Georgia General Assembly or Congress.Gov, which lists the laws filed for the previous session and the upcoming session.

Citizens are also invited to attend the Lowndes County Bird Supper, held in Atlanta in February each year, to interact with legislators regarding the future of our community.
