Municipal Court Hosts Mock Trial

The Valdosta Municipal Court welcomed the 4th-grade students from Open Bible Christian School on April 10--not to be judged for any crimes they committed, but to participate as the jury in a mock trial involving their teacher, Mrs. Hillary Smith Matthew. The Municipal Court hosts these educational events throughout the year to teach students about the court system and to remind students about the consequences of poor decisions.
