Engineering to Host Public Information Open House
The City of Valdosta Engineering Department will host a follow-up Public Information Open House for the upcoming TIA project, which will improve Country Club Drive between North Valdosta Road and Jerry Jones Drive. This event will be held in the City Hall Annex - Multipurpose Room at 300 North Lee Street on Tuesday, January 23rd from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
This is a follow-up event to the initial PIOH hosted for this project. The proposed project conceptual plan has been modified in response to comments received during the initial event. This event will be an opportunity for affected residents and regional travelers to ask questions and view the final revised conceptual plan. This revised conceptual plan is the basis for the design of the infrastructure improvements, and the City of Valdosta Engineering Department staff will be available during the event to answer citizen questions regarding the scope of work.
