Citizens Police Academy

The Citizens Police Academy (CPA) is a program that seeks to educate citizens on Police Department operations, develop positive police relations, and cultivate community cooperation. CPA encourages citizens to partner with law enforcement in making our community a safer place in which to live. The program provides citizens with a better understanding of police functions, policies, and what an officer experiences on a day-to-day basis.
