KLVB Hosts Bring One For The Chipper
Residents can drop off their trees at one of more than 400 sites statewide including three local sites. Trees can be dropped of at any of these three locations beginning on Thursday, December 26th:
(1) The Home Depot, Norman Drive.
(2) Super Wal-Mart, Inner Perimeter Road.
(3) Mathis City Auditorium, Ashley Street.
*Again, trees can be dropped off at any of these sites beginning on Thursday, December 26th. However, only those who drop their trees off on Saturday, January 4th from 9:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m. at the above sites will receive a free tree seedling (while supplies last).
ADDITIONAL
SITES: Residents can drop their trees off at these sites from December 26th-noon on January 3rd only. These sites will not be open on January 4th, so no seedlings will be available at these sites. The satellite sites for this year are:
1. City of Hahira (corner of Lawson and North Lowndes Streets)
2. Valdosta YMCA (2424 Gornto Road)
REWARD: A free tree seedling in exchange for each tree recycled (while supplies last). Only those who drop their tree off on Saturday, January 4th will receive a seedling.
