Public Meeting Scheduled for Park Ave & Forrest St Intersection Improvement Project

The Engineering Department is pleased to inform Valdosta residents that the Park Ave & Forrest St Intersection Improvement Project is moving forward. This project features some pavement widening and striping.It will relieve much of the congestion experienced there daily.

The work is partially funded by the state. A meeting to discuss the project has been scheduled for January 21, 2020 5:30 pm at LifeLion Ministries. The address is 1601 East Park Avenue, Valdosta Georgia 31602.

City staff and the contractor will be present to discuss the work and any impacts at your property.
