Milling and Resurfacing Park Avenue causes some delays

On Tuesday, July 16, 2019, The Scruggs Company will be milling and resurfacing Park Avenue between Ashley Street and Slater Street.

There will be temporary delays east and west bound on Park Avenue for approximately two days, weather permitting. The left hand turn lane on Ashley Street at Park Avenue will be closed while milling on the north side of Park Avenue. The west bound through lane of Park Avenue will be either a right or left turn lane.

Traffic control devices will be in place to inform motorists of these delays. Motorists are urged to drive with caution and adhere to the traffic warning signs for their safety and the safety of others.
