VFD Hosts Promotion Ceremony

The Valdosta Fire Department will host a promotion ceremony on Monday, April 4, 2016, at 11 a.m., in the Valdosta City Hall Annex Multi-Purpose Room, located at 300 N. Lee Street.

The event will recognize the following VFD staff promotions in the presence of their families, coworkers and friends.

Promotions to Lieutenant

Marcus Haynes, Keith Niehanke, and Caron Wright.

Promotions to Sergeant

Travis Detweiler, Tyshon Reed, Justin Smith and Ryan Strickland.
