Scene Investigation

Crime Scene personnel are on-call 24 hours a day to respond to requests from law enforcement agencies. Criminalists assist with investigations through the detection, documentation, collection, and preservation of evidence. Methods used are photographic and video documentation, crime scene sketching, measurements, blood pattern documentation, latent print processing, evidence collection, and evidence preservation. Criminalists can provide collection and preservation of physical evidence training to law enforcement.
