1. MLK Jr. Drive Resurfacing – The scope includes placing an asphalt overlay course on MLK, Jr. Drive from S. Lee Street to S. Oak Street.
2. Gornto Rd Milling and Resurfacing - The scope includes milling the existing surface and then placing asphalt on Gornto Rd from Norfolk Southern RR to just beyond the Sugar Creek Bridge.
3. Wetherington Lane Resurfacing - The scope includes placing an asphalt overlay course on Wetherington Lane at Spring Branch Bridge.
4. James P. Rodgers Circle Milling and Resurfacing - The scope includes milling the existing surface and then placing asphalt on James P. Rodgers Circle adjacent to James P. Rodgers Drive.
5. E. Park Avenue Intersection Improvements – The scope includes patching broken asphalt, placing asphalt, placing sidewalk and wheelchair ramps, storm drain pipe, and pavement marking striping at the intersection of Pineview Drive.
6. Slater Street Sidewalk - The scope includes the removal and replacement of sidewalk and driveway aprons near the intersection with E. Brookwood Place.
7. Baytree Rd Curb Radius Improvements - The scope includes removal and replacement of curb and gutter, placing concrete, patching pavement and the placement of a storm drain inlet at the corner of Jerry Jones Drive.
8. Browns Canal Streambank Repair - The scope includes removal and replacement of sand cement bags on each bank of Browns Canal at West Street, and the repair of excessive erosion at 2nd Avenue.
9. Scott Park Practice Field Sod – The scope includes the removal of existing grass, the placement of sod and an irrigation system.
